[29 May 2005|07:30pm] I decided to listen to Kawachi-san and make something other than croissants... So today, after screwing things up in the morning and making trouble for Kuroyanagi-san, I attempted to make some baklava. Which isn't even bread, it's more like a pastry... And it didn't turn out too great... I gave some to Kuroyanagi-san as an apology, but I probably should've gone with something store-bought... This is hopeless. [27 May 2005|08:11pm] I made 199 croissants today. I burnt one, so it didn't count... Also, I found a croissant section in a baking book I actually haven't read yet. Maybe I can improve my croissants a little... Then again, it might just be hopeless for me, one who could actually burn a croissant after having made so many... 15 comments|post comment
